RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:

Reservations should be made as early as possible to guarantee desired departure dates. Land only bookings require a deposit of $250 per person at the time of booking to obtain confirmed reservations. Cruise booking deposits vary by cruise line and are as specified by the cruise line; deposit requirements will be quoted at the time of booking. Any airfares requiring instant purchase will be non-refundable. For other airfare types, a deposit equal to the price of the ticket(s) plus $250 per person may be required. The balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date. For reservations made less that 60 days from departure, full payment will be required. We reserve the right to re-invoice your reservation should an error be made in computing your package price. ANY SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY THAT APPLIES DUE TO HOLIDAYS, SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS OR OTHER FACTORS, WILL BE QUOTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

REFUNDS:
Claims must be made in writing and sent c/o Panorama Travel, 65 W 36th street, Suite 302, or via email: info@panoramatravel.com

New York NY, 10018 within 15 days following completion of the tour, or no refund can be made. We regret not being able to issue refunds for voluntary absences from itinerary services including but not limited to meals and/or sightseeing. If you accept a refund, you waive all other rights and remedies under applicable law. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks to process your claim.

CANCELLATIONS:
The tour operator reserves the right to cancel any tour up to ten (10) days prior to departure, for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. If the tour operator cancels the tour, the participants will receive full refund of money, paid within seven (7) days of cancellation notice.

Cancellation fees:
More than 60 days prior to departure: $75 per person plus any supplier fees imposed.
59-45 days prior to departure $150 per person plus any supplier fees imposed
44-31 days prior to departure, $250 per person plus any supplier fees imposed
30-20 days prior to Departure, 50% of total trip
Less than 19 days prior to departure full price of a tour.

Trip insurance to cover cancellations is strongly recommended.

ANY SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY THAT APPLIES DUE TO HOLIDAYS, SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS OR OTHER FACTORS, WILL BE QUOTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Requests for changes after travel has begun must be handled at the destination. Cancellation fees will apply. All additional charges must be paid at the destination.
Conventions and Holidays: Surcharges apply during certain dates due to trade fairs, conventions, or holiday seasons.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Special hotel and flight requests such as seat assignments, location of hotel room, size of bed and meals are accepted only on a request basis and are not guaranteed. Please submit requests in writing no later than 45 days prior to departure. These requests are outside of our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

TOUR PARTICIPATION:
Cruises, River Cruises, City Packages and Independent Vacations are open to all ages (exceptions specified by operator and/or cruise will be advised at time of request). For your own comfort and that of your fellow travelers, children under 8 years of age are not accepted on some Escorted Tours. Handicapped participants or travelers requiring special assistance are welcome on all of our tours, but must be accompanied by a qualified and able person who assumes the total responsibility for the well being of the handicapped person. Many European hotels do not have any or have very limited facilities for handicapped guests. Likewise, European motor coaches and other transportation services (trains, boats, ferries, steamships) may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps and for safety reasons passengers needing wheelchairs can not be transported. Wheelchair rentals are very seldom available. To protect the well being and full enjoyment of the tour for all tour participants, the tour operator reserves the right to reject any person as a tour participant, as well as to expel from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest of the group as a whole. Any additional expenses that are incurred as a consequence of such an action are the sole responsibility of the expelled tour participant.

LATE BOOKING FEES:
Tours booked less than 30 days from departure may incur a special handling fee. This fee, if applicable, will be quoted at the time of booking.

CHANGE FEES:
A minimum processing fee of $50, per person will be charged for each change to the original booking plus any supplier fees imposed.

BAGGAGE:
Baggage allowance is at the discretion of the airline. Please contact the airline to determine current rules regarding size and weight restrictions. For your own comfort and convenience it is strongly recommended that luggage on Escorted Tours be limited to one suitcase and one carry-on bag per person, as motor coaches have limited luggage space. The tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen luggage.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Each participant is responsible for obtaining required travel documents, such as Passports, Visas, etc. We will send your travel documents (hotel & tour vouchers, air tickets, etc) approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your departure date, but only after the trip has been paid in full.

NOT INCLUDED IN COST:
Passport, visa, and items of a personal nature, i.e., room service, telephone calls, laundry, liquor and all items and services not indicated as included.

TRAVEL AGENT RESPONSIBILITY:
A professional travel agent is a great resource for every traveler and should be consulted for an explanation of the Terms and Conditions, policies, fees and requirements that are outlined here. The travel agent will review information and final documents to ensure the trip arrangements are in order.

RESPONSIBILITY:
The Tour Operator (Panorama Travel) is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services or in booking services which are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air carriage, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This company, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions, errors or omissions on part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any such suppliers’ rates, bookings or reservations. Tour operator shall not be responsible for any injuries, damage or losses caused to any travel in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction conditions or developments, or any other actions, errors, omissions, or conditions outside the tour operator’s control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risk, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour as circumstances may demand it. Baggage is carried at the owner’s risk and baggage insurance is recommended. The issuance and acceptance to tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. IATA carriers are responsible ONLY FOR THE AIR TRAVEL PORTION of these programs performed on behalf of the passengers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the individual passenger contracts which are subject to applicable laws, treaties and regulations governing air transportation. IATA carriers may not be held responsible for any act or omission or event during the time the passengers are not aboard the aircraft. The passengers, in purchasing the passenger contract, acknowledge and accept the forgoing conditions. ALL PRICES, TARIFFS, ITINERARIES AND SCHEDULES in this brochure are subject to change without notice. The tour operator reserves the right to change hotel accommodations before or during any of its tour programs. In the event of any hotels changes, the tour operator will provide, if possible, comparable or better hotel accommodations. If accommodations are of a lesser quality, the tour operator will refund the difference to the client after the tour ends.

INSURANCE:
Baggage, health and trip cancellation insurance is available through the tour operator and is strongly recommended. Once purchased, insurance is non-refundable. Click here to protect your trip.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All programs are based on tariffs, schedules, taxes and currency rates effective as of the printing of the brochure(s) and website. Any changes may impact the prices and itineraries shown. The tour operator is not responsible for typographical errors. Providing correct names, as presented on passports and/or other travel documents, is the responsibility of the traveler. Panorama Travel is not responsible for errors made, typographical or otherwise. Name changes made once reservations are made are prohibited.

AIR TRANSPORTATION:
Special airfares requiring instant purchase are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-endorsable. These restrictions are based on carrier rules. Unless otherwise requested, air fare is quoted using economy class fare; air taxes, fuel surcharges, weekend surcharges and stopover fees, if applicable, will be added.
